my life to this point
has been
orderly and neat
following the rules
doing only what is safe
and expected
now i find myself
questioning everything…
who i’ve been, what i expect, what i believe, what i’m loyal to…
what i even want to be loyal to
my fears are still very much alive,
very real,
very limiting,
but my belief system…
