The girls and I took in this flick today…
and completely adored it.
One of the things I think I love best about the Sisterhood story is the community the girls experience. No matter how far apart they are, they have their friendship, and the pants seem to serve as a catalyst for [...]

Just a few snapshots from yesterday’s adventures…
North Pole City opened their doors this weekend! If you’re ever through Oklahoma City between Labor Day and Christmas, this place is a must see. It is just chock FULL of Christmas - and oh so much fun to visit on a hot August afternoon.
This little guy had to come [...]

100 Days of Sacred Art – Entry #15
(Knitted Scarf)
Cooler air, earlier nights, school zones… I smell fall in the air! I’m craving cinnamon-scented candles, pumpkin bread, and knitted things…
This is a Yarn Bee color called “Sea View” – the colors actually remind me of Taos, so I couldn’t resist.
What’s sacred to you about fall?
Blessings,
Kelley
P.S. If [...]

100 Days of Sacred Art – Entry #14 and a half
(Suzi Blu Homework in Progress)
Can the act of making art be sacred? I’m two weeks into my 100 Days project and already wondering what I was thinking! I said I was going to be flexible, but sometimes I think I’ve bent the rules of art [...]

100 Days of Sacred Art – Entry #14
(Sacred Space for my “Chicks”)
My daughter always tells me I don’t have to clean for her; that she’s not technically a “guest” and she’s right, but I still clean when she’s coming. It’s just what I need to do to welcome her home.
So today I fluffed pillows…
washed sheets…
made [...]
