Have you seen the Squam blog lately? MUCH activity over yonder and MUCH to relish and roll around in, including the Double Dog Dare Elizabeth has issued to help us get off our collective keisters and get going on those “oughta/wannas” that are lurking here in the first few days of a brand new year.
Mine is to get going on completing that Etsy store I keep teasing (you AND me) about. I’ve registered it and even have some stuff to put IN it, it’s just a matter of taking that next step and PUTTING the stuff up there. In my defense, I’m futzing with camera issues, but I’m starting to think it’s my subconscious way of stalling. Sooooo, I’ve been officially Double Dog Dared to get her done! I’ve added a badge over there in the right-hand side bar and I’m telling you for extra measure. I’d be most grateful if you would gently nag me to get this done by the end of January.
Exciting!!! And yes! I’m glad you recognize that you’v been teasing us with your talk of an etsy store! You are increadibly talented and since I don’t have time to go to classes and do my own art AND of course work that job that pays for my indulagences, I need a place to go and pick up gifts for my friends and family when I don’t have time to make them myself!

Regarding the classes with Donna Downey! I too was quite pleased! The visual journery class was a little different when we had to move to another persons spot…..where I moved had VERY little!?!? I enjoyed the new techniques and of course Donna’s personality!!! HOWEVER!!! with that said I was TOTALLY DELIGHTED WITH THE PAN PASTEL CLASS! I had never used pan pastels and I’m hooked. I truly enjoyed the fact that Donna taught so many valuable techniques in that short 2.5 hours. I was amazed and smitten!!
